Logistics Specialist

Our Denver office is on the look out for a Logistics Specialist. The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for performing an array of duties including order fulfillment, inventory cycle counts, receiving, and processing of incoming materials, putting orders away in the warehouse .

Key Accountabilities:

  • Pick/Packing or Order Fulfillment:
    • Pick/pack orders to customer specifications utilizing correct materials and maintaining company standards.
    • Perform quality checks on products throughout the pick/pack process.
    • Sort shipments by carrier and shipping method.  
  • Restocking and refilling of materials:
    • Materials and supplies.
    • End of day tasks.
    • Inventory transfers.
  •  Operation of warehouse equipment:
    • Utilization of both motorized and non-motorized warehouse equipment not limited to pallet jacks, walkie stacker, dollies, and barrel jacks.
    • Receiving/unloading of raw materials and FG.
    • End of day task – load the truck.
    • Movement of goods throughout the facility of component requests. 
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts:
    • Ensure correct stock levels.
    • Confirm location counts to prepare for EOM reporting.
    • Compare physical counts to inventory system. 
  • Utilization of ERP and other platforms
  • Assist with daily/weekly cleaning procedures
  • Other relevant duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Forklift certification is a plus but not required.

Attributes: 

  • Proficient in the Microsoft platforms
  • Working knowledge of ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms
  • Ability to frequently lift, push, or slide bulk packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable with standing or walking for up to 10 hours
  • Ability to frequently bend, twist/turn, kneel, squat, push and pull, and climb ladders
  • Must be able to work a flexible shift including nights and or weekends
  • Detail orientated with strong follow-through
  • Ability to read and type numbers accurately 
  • Proficient in computer applications and has the ability to learn new software platforms
